Discover Alabama was a social video series created for the purpose of discovering and sharing the unique stories, places and hidden treasures within the state. As someone who previously thought I had seen everything. This series allowed me to grow into finding a new appreciation and love for the hidden gems of the state.
LOVE LETTERS TO ALABAMA CITIES: TRAVEL VIDEO SERIES
Our first love letter was for the city of Mobile, AL. Since this was a new video series, we really didn’t have much of a map of how to go about taking on this project. But we did know we had a huge responsibility in telling it tin he most honest perspective we could. We spent a week and half filming, meeting new people and businesses and hearing stories from all across the city.
With each new person we met, we were able to extend our hands and cameras to another person. Inevitably building our understanding of this land by the sea. The result was a video I can confidently say was as an honest representation and was widely recognized across the city. With this new roadmap we ventured into new territories and cities. Broadening our perspective of all of the great cities we have in the state of Alabama.
